Young At Heart

At Young At Heart we offer a service that a regular gym can't. A quiet, one on one environment with a training session designed to suit your specific needs and goals.  Unlike a regular Gym, you don't pay a joining fee and a regular monthly payment, you only pay for your session.

Our 30 minute sessions help to fit in with the busy schedule that so many people have. In a 30 minute session we can help to boost your metabolism which will enable you to burn more calories throughout the day.

Our head trainer, Andrew Richards is a former member of the Australian Swim team and competed at both Commonwealth Games and World Championships. Andrew has been a personal trainer for 2 years and has an extensive background in high performance training. Having worked with some of the best coaches, physiotherapists and strength and conditioning coaches in the country.
