At Young At Heart we offer a service that a regular gym can't. A quiet, one on one environment with a training session
designed to suit your specific needs and goals. Unlike a regular Gym, you don't pay a joining fee and a regular monthly
payment, you only pay for your session.
Our 30 minute sessions help to fit in with the busy schedule that so many people
have. In a 30 minute session we can help to boost your metabolism which will enable you to burn more calories throughout the
day.
Our head trainer, Andrew Richards is a former member of the Australian Swim team and competed at both Commonwealth
Games and World Championships. Andrew has been a personal trainer for 12 months but has an extensive background in high performance
training. Having worked with some of the best coaches, physiotherapists and strength and conditioning coaches in the country.
